Up for sale is this spectacular and lovingly preserved child’s
(boy’s)
two piece wool suit,
complete with shirt and
tie,
circa 1900 to early 1920s
Both the suit and pants have a two color weave! The
shirt also has a complex weave.
It is very likely that this suit was custom made, and is one-of-a-kind!
Since I did not want to remove it from its custom made
shadow box frame,
any measurements are very approximate.
FRAME is 24″ x 20-1/2″ x 2-5/8″
SUIT is 18″ long and 11″ across shoulders (as measured
through the glass).
Item weighs 6 lbs. 6 oz. (Packed item will weigh
significantly more!)
This item would be a perfect gift for a seamstress or
tailor.
It would also look fantastic in a children’s
boutique store.
